One of the biggest advantages of this KT tape is that it doesn't come pre-cut into the 10" strips that come with many tapes. I used it for belly taping during pregnancy and having longer strips all over my belly is absolutely essential. It adheres perfectly to the skin and provides support where you need it. I found I could last several days even when I showered. I'd say it sticks a little better than Spyder Tape which is one of the big brands I've used. The only downside is that it's quite difficult to remove. I use the baby oil trick I've used with other tapes and it still hurts in places to peel off after a few days of wear. I've also found that it leaves more adhesive on the skin than some competing products. Overall I would recommend it if you are ready for the removal process.
