Ogres are like bows, they have layers.

I got this in the mail. I found it odd that the formula was so diluted because I had been using this face scrub for a while so I peeled off the sticker on the packaging. Container. It looks like it's completely rotted. I'm not sure what's going on here, but I know I'm not clear. Don't order that. You have this product at Walmart online and in store.
