Review on Lenovo G34W 10 34" Curved Monitor, 3440x1440P, Height Adjustable, Anti-Glare Coating, Flicker-Free - ‎Model 66A1GCCBUS by Nicholas Sandstedt

Revainrating 2 out of 5

The first came with a dead pixel and a few broken sub-pixels, as did the replacement.

Arrived with several broken sub-pixels and a whole pixel missing. The replacement came at a similar level of generally poor quality. I'm leaving the replacement just because the dead pixel is in a less distracting spot, but it's still not perfect. If you don't mind the lower color accuracy and a few (well, quite a few) dead or defective subpixels. However, I only got one completely dead pixel from the two, so it could have been a lot worse. I use the EIZO monitor test and there are many (and I mean many) noticeable missing subpixels. The quality control on them is terrible because I've never had monitors in my life that were so poorly made in terms of panel. In terms of build quality, the stand and case are top notch and it looks great. 2/5 simply because for the price it would be great if it weren't so poorly made with all the screen flaws. I tried counting all the missing/defective subpixels and got to 20 before I stopped. be the most affected stack of pixels.
