Worked very well for the first 2 months but they have deteriorated heavily and the shoe is starting to fall apart. Not very comfortable to walk in either as the sole of the shoe has a big hole in it that cut up my foot one day when I didn't realise it was there. For a 30$ shoe it was okay I wouldn't buy it again though
