Gets hot even without the heat on

I like the adjustable airflow. My dogs tolerated it well. I have a dog rescue so we have a lot of dogs. I wanted to get something to help cut down on the hair and dander in the house. Unfortunately, the hose gets HOT and blows hot air with about a minute of use. I made sure the heater was not on. I don’t know how to get it to just blow cool air.We just had a mobile groomer out and I was helping hold dogs. Hers never blew hot air after using on two very long haired dogs.If this blew cool air it would get 5 stars. 😕
