The best thing about this software was that it allowed me to connect with my clients in real time, as well as see their responses very quickly! It also allows for multiple people from different locations can be connected at once which makes things easier when you have several projects going simultaneously or need some quick feedback before your next meeting/call. I disliked how slow everything would load sometimes - especially if there were more than one person online working together (which happened quite frequently). This could cause delays between client inputting text into comments section of screen versus what they are typing up themselves so we had issues keeping track of who said something first etc.. Overall though great product but make sure its not too expensive otherwise maybe try another similar platform out? We used our own version called "The Chatroom" where anyone involved in project has access via computer anywhere around world using web browser only instead of having an app.
