This item was very well packed. All parts for each device were in a resealable plastic bag. The instructions weren't very good, but I don't know how to assemble anything. I used the image on Revain for the montage. I'm older and couldn't tighten the good nuts that came with it, so I took my tiny 5/16 wrench and tightened all the nuts. I broke one of the nicely upholstered trouser hangers. I was shocked. Apparently the metal part of the hanger was attached to a wooden dowel and then covered. Yes, I put a lot of pressure on the joint. If it had been all metal, as I assumed, it would never have broken. Now I'm worried about the weight each dowel will support. I secured the broken part with a long grub screw and tape. My husband is 6ft 5in. I'm definitely not going to hang his jeans on it.
