probably worth more

Good well made knife for the money. I think this price is a little lower than the quality you get. For $16 you can usually pick up a blue or red knife with an aluminum handle and a dull chrome-plated blade that says "Ninja Death Dealer" or something. I love that this stylish knife has a pocket clip (which is why I bought it) and that it sits high enough to be easy to grab but low enough to be discreet. Another plus is that the belt clip doesn't protrude too much at the bottom (where the clip is angled so it slides easily into your pocket). I've scratched my car doors getting in and out, and I walk by with perennial knives that have the pocket clip sticking out too far. The knife is light but very strong to the touch and quite sharp out of the box. Nice and tight and great lockdown, but it'll be a while before I get used to a lockable knife again. I've worn nothing but liner locks on me for so many years. I usually wear a knife I like for about 6 months EDC before throwing it away and buying a new one. I'm sure I'll stick with it for that long.
