It's really flimsy and wobbly even after using my work tools to tighten it up. The reason for the wobble is that there is no washer to use with the nut to tighten the base. Also, the rubber strip that attaches to the base is a joke because it falls off easily and nothing is holding it in place. There is nothing wrong with gluing it at the factory. Also, the plastic cap that snaps onto the base after filling is too small not to snap. Since it's Friday and I have to do a show this weekend I have to go out and buy parts just to make this stand work as advertised.
