I'm having trouble finding a dock that displays dual external monitors for a Chromebook Pixelbook (correct). I bought several different options, each with their own flaws or issues. First, I'm going to talk about the good items for the Wavlink dock and how it differs from other options I've tried. First, I can display two external monitors at 2560x1440. These include the ability to open the Pixelbook up for a third screen, or close it down and work with just two monitors. Most other docks I've tried either didn't always show both external monitors or had resolution/scaling issues. Second, it charges the Pixelbook using the same USB-C connection. This was not guaranteed due to the Pixelbook's hardware. This is very important to me as I don't have to connect the power separately and then a separate connection to the docking station. I've also used the same dock with a Dell Precision laptop and it works just as well (you can see it under the Pixelbook in the picture). Also, I really like that it lays horizontally or "flat" on my desk. Some of the other options are vertical, which doesn't quite fit my movable dual monitors. I read other reviews with some issues and didn't come across them. I can confirm that I had no issues with the Pixelbook (ChromeOS) and Dell Precision (Windows) out of the box setup. The only problem I had was that my original USB wireless mouse would "twitch" when the USB dongle was plugged into the dock. However, I replaced the mouse with a higher quality Logitech mouse and didn't have the same issue. I hope this review will help everyone who is in a similar situation and they will achieve the same success.
