My son actually bragged to his friends about this tray I got him. It is easier for him to work on schoolwork on the way to doctor appointments, color, read or even just eat. He loves all the convenient pockets, especially the one that holds a water bottle. The only thing is that I have to remember to check those pockets frequently for miscellaneous fries, crackers, fruit snacks or pretty rocks he found. It snaps together around the sides to form a table and has a carrying strap he can bring into appointments in the waiting room or on the floor at his Nana's house to build Lego creations. The color is vibrant and it washes well with wipes without any bleeding or damage to it. It definitely was made with parents and kids in mind.
