UPDATE: I have ordered this product several times with no problems but recently received a bottle with no pump on the cap. I wrote to the company asking for a new cap and they sent me a brand new full bottle! Great customer service, great product! ******* My old routine: 1. Remove mascara with the best eye makeup remover.2. Use an expensive facial cleanser.3. Remove any remaining mascara with an eye makeup remover.4. Do you get annoyed in the morning when you notice traces of mascara under your eyes. My new routine: 1. Use this remedy. Removes all smelly traces of mascara leaving the skin fresh and soft. One note: be sure to rinse your eyes THOROUGHLY before opening them as one drop of this awesome potion will sting your eyes badly. Poorly.
