Review on 2PCS CZC AUTO License Plate Light Bulb - 12V White LED Lamp, Waterproof/Rainproof, Black Aluminium Holder - Legal for Car Motorcycle Truck RV ATV Bike by Kris Feezy

LOVE the brightness and attaches well to the license plate but there is a problem. ONE con that might make me NOT use this again. The cables are SMALL and easily broken when connected to an existing wiring harness. I had big problems because the wires were too small to use a wire clamp. I wouldn't connect, I wouldn't cut the insulation, just squeeze through the slot without touching it. I couldn't use a really small one since the existing wiring was about 16ga. It's more like 26ga. or 24ga.! Or less. I had to REALLY hardwire and solder them to maintain a good connection and then the wires broke twice just by taping off the connection. Done with shrink tubing and then tie the wires neatly behind the plate. Two months later they are still working. They are quite bright and look great on my '07 Gold Wing Trike plate! (They were actually attached to the brackets that keep the bulbs off the panel, not the panel. It seemed silly to mount them to the panel since you would have to cut the wires to remove or replace the panel.) INCREASE the wire size from at least at least up to a sturdy 18 gauge and I would give it 5 stars! I would even pay more for better wiring. Although the LEDs look great.
