I ordered a size larger than necessary based on the reviews and I'm glad I did. This is a very cute dress that suits both elegant and less elegant occasions. The knitted upper is soft and stretchy. My little one is 2 years old and weighs 31 pounds and I bought a size 3. It's taller so the length was fine.
