I'm 5'8, all legs. This skirt touches my legs so I'm more than satisfied. I also weigh 114 pounds and grew small. I'm sure this would fit anyone my size who weighs around 125-30lbs but I would suggest going medium unless you want it to be really skinny/hugging. I wash it inside out in cold water and hang it to dry. I don't quite understand why so many people say she's skinny. Each skirt shows underwear lines. Wear simple thongs or tight-fitting underwear. but this skirt isn't meant to be tucked into a shirt, so look for a pencil skirt or maxi skirt that's made of sturdy material.
