VERY VERY SMALL FOR L/XL
Never worn or tested in rain or cold. Appears to be of high quality. Possibly the best waterproof hat for cold weather. I do not know. I took off 2 stars because I'm a guy and have a pretty small head and these ONLY FITS AND COVERED MY EARS. YES, REALLY! And I ordered L/XL.
