5 women fit perfectly, even with thick socks
I read in reviews that the shoes are small. I bought these for my 9 year old to wear medium distance. He walks on tiptoe, so a thicker sole was just right. He said he didn't feel the spikes while running. For boys he wears a size 3.5-4, so for women the size 5.5 is perfect, even with thick socks.
