I made the mistake of buying a "pills" container that fits perfectly in a 1 1/2 inch diabetes organizer. The pill box fitted perfectly, but it was very difficult to unscrew the lid even with two hands. Nobody wants to hide on the floor. Buy this and live happily. Just grab a thicker case to hold it.
