First of all I am so impressed with the fast shipping - it was shipped on the second day of my purchase. However, the airbag was flat when I received it in the Revain box, and that's not a deal breaker. The camera is beautiful: perfect appearance, perfect size, light weight, fast action, comfortable to hold. I bought it as a present for my mother. After thoroughly reviewing several models, I chose the Olympus PEN E-PM1 because: 1. It takes professional photos but is much lighter and smaller than a typical professional camera; 2. It comes with a large 3 inch LCD so my mother doesn't have to look for a viewing window like other professional cameras; 3. This camera has fewer function buttons (my mom probably won't use any of those special effects, so fewer options means less confusion); 4. It's so trendy - c'mon moms need accessories! However, my camera has a problem: it turns itself off automatically after a shot, and that happens quite often. If anyone can help me to solve this problem it will save me the exchange. All in all, this is the perfect camera for all ages.
