I loved this shower gel until I received the last pack. The bottle was clearly not the same as the previous ones I received. I understand manufacturers sometimes change labels but what's even worse is the smell of the shower gel, it was awful! smells spoiled. I tried to return it but it says this item is non-refundable. Email support to see if I can get my money back. But now I have to cancel my subscription because I don't want to buy such a bad smelling body wash anymore and I can't even return it.
