As a woman with large breasts, I felt completely comfortable in this top. The floor is also well covered. The side straps are adjustable. I wore it to the beach and had no issues with the waves breaking above or below. One downside - the stomach area got hot when I wasn't in the water. This part reminded me of a rubber suit. Still comfortable enough to buy again in a different color.
