Arrived nicely packaged, wrapped in tissue paper and in a sealed plastic box with clasp. However, there is a broken link about 4 inches up the chain that was fixed with a piece of wire. Interestingly the wire is also anodized which I think means it broke early in the manufacturing process and was quickly fixed with what was on hand rather than being repaired or damaged. I can probably fix this with jewelry pliers, but that's what I already have and I'd be unhappy if I had to buy tools to fix it. Other than that it's as advertised and very pretty, the clips are a good size and the finish is a nice rainbow.
