it works but it's so annoying! I originally bought this keyboard because I needed a keyboard with raised keys for my Surface (which it has, which is why I continue to use it), but it's so difficult to use with a mouse. The mouse pad on this keyboard is EXTREMELY sensitive and moves even when I'm not touching it. Sometimes I'm typing and the cursor clicks somewhere else on my screen, causing me to type in a random spot. When I write an article, I have to turn off the mouse to write comfortably. The battery life is decent if you don't use the key illumination very often. But I don't recommend this keyboard if you go crazy over little things very easily.
