Got the wrong size
I ordered a medium but it was too big. After waiting for the small size to be in stock I returned the medium and ordered the small but they sent me the exact same size again. I also ordered a child size for my daughter. She only put it on twice, and the thread had already untied, and a hole appeared. Not impressed.

- I'm 5ft 1in, 150lbs and the average was too long and tall for me.
- The corresponding "mom and me" design may not appeal to single parents or those with only one child, thereby reducing the potential audience.
