I bought last year to put on my windows for Christmas because I didn't want to mess with the cords to the outlets. They worked really great so I bought another set this year. The only disappointment is that last year the base had a nice foam bottom to help it stick to the windowsill. This year the part at the base is missing, it's just hollow plastic. Haven't tried them yet but I have a feeling they will fall over or slip off easily. Like everything else this year, it costs the same or more, and quality is compromised.
