The fabric of this bra is soft and comfortable, unfortunately, there wasn't much in terms of lift/separation. It just kinda smushed everything together. I probably should have gone up one more cup size, because this was just a bit snug, but not too bad.I do like a wire-free bra. I find that they are generally much more comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. I did like that it held everything in place. There was no "spillage" to worry about, which was nice. The bra is unlined, so bear that in mind. I try to wear it under thicker shirts or layers.
