Bought for my girlfriend to wear during our trip to the Grand Canyon. I have a couple of expensive backpacks and was really impressed with the quality of this item for the price. It was just right for hat and jacket as well as maps, snacks and souvenirs in the main pockets. It also has two bottle holders that are perfect for standard plastic water bottles. She usually worries about backpack shoulder straps, but she said they are wide and comfortable. Good size too. Not too big for her and didn't look like a carrycot when I put them on.
