Poor Airflow - Masks and Respirators

There are a lot of cool ideas in this mask, but they don't work as hoped. - The foam on the bridge of the nose was the most interesting as it seemed to reduce the airflow that often fogs up the goggles. I'm actually confused as to why it didn't help, but it definitely didn't help. - One possible reason is that the combination of fabric and filter (all "5 layers") doesn't allow air to pass through the front of the mask very well. There's really nowhere for the air to go but over the edges (including the top). The bridge and foam assembly are attached to the filter so they could not be separated and tested without the filter layer. The adjustable hinges are positive. I was able to wear them relatively loose which was comfortable and allowed air to circulate. Unfortunately, it was at best a bandage for another flimsy product. I have no other experience with a mask that includes a comparison filter, but this product didn't motivate me to look for more. Given the cost of a unit, this seems like an even worse value.
