So I bought this chair more than a month ago. There weren't enough screws due to a manufacturing defect so I contacted the company and they said they would send me extra screws and refund the $40. So I waited 2 weeks and heard nothing. Then I went back to them and apparently the bolts should be coming from China in a month or more. I didn't want to wait that long so they said they would send me a new chair from their US warehouse which was very generous of them. Very good customer service. So now I have 2 of them, one more in the box. Assembly was fairly easy, except for the decorative plastic cover on the right hand side which proved impossible to screw on, I ended up just double-sticking tape on it. I've been using this chair for a few days now and what I don't like is that it has these stiff wings that rise up the sides of the seat which is digging for a tall and tall person like me. in my thighs and it hurts. Another annoying thing is the wheels. Whenever I try to move forward, the wheels lock up and I roll over. All in all, this chair isn't for me and I wouldn't recommend it for people with big hips.
