Yummy, great for diabetics but expensive
I don't need insulin when I eat these bars. They're pretty tasty but small so you'll have to eat a few if you're hungry. Which I don't recommend as I get severe bloating/stomach pain. Limit 1 bar a day and they're great. Quite expensive but great low carb snack.
