We can always contact them through their website or via skype when we need help with our servers. ! So far there have been no problems at all. The performance of my gigenet dedesired sever was very good; it really boosted up the business online as more people started to visit us!! I've been using GoGeNet's dedicated server since 2012, it was my first choice when i needed to build something like an ecommerce in wordpress (that requires some customization). Their support has always helped me out with any issue that may arise or questions about their service/products etc. Nothing! They give you everything from hardware configuration settings till cPanel integration which makes managing your website very easy.
