I like that it allows me as an employer or recruiter access into my potential new employee's skill set without having them fill out multiple forms for each position we are interested withing our team! This is very helpful when you have many applicants who all seem qualified but may not be able match your requirements perfectly because there isn't enough information available about what exactly makes someone better than another candidate at this time - so being exposed via pitchme means i know more before making any decisions regarding these people applying!! There should definitely exist some sort of platform similar too pitchME (or maybe even BETTER) if one were looking towards creating opportunities within companies/orgs etc., especially ones dealing wih human resources departments- allowing those individuals involved from HR side could provide insight directly back onto employees' profiles rather then just rely solely upon feedback provided by managers after.
