Bought these for a spring trip but didn't get to dive. However, recently I was finally able to use them in poor diving conditions. I went back to back diving on a recent trip to Maui. Once with a filter, once without. I can tell you that these filters make a big difference. I am very happy with the results. However. I didn't WANT to do a single dive without a filter. Between dive sites I put the GoPro in a rinse bucket. Unbeknownst to me, the filter slipped out of its holder and into the bucket. I didn't realize I had lost the filter until I stopped at the safety stop, at which point I thought I had lost it at sea. I was glad when the boat's captain informed me that he had found it in a bucket. Now I've missed a lot of dive photos (sucks whatever), but more importantly, now I'm worried about losing the filter mid-dive in the future. I usually attach my GoPro to a BC when not in use (which keeps it upside down. Best position to lose the filter). Note: He stayed upside down during step entry.
