Review on ๐Ÿช‘ Enhance Comfort with Master Manufacturing's ComfortMakers Lumbar Support in Black by Tanika Spencer

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Doesn't look great, but works very well.

I have had multiple disc surgeries and require a lumbar support pillow in almost every chair I use. I tried several pillows, some didn't offer enough support and some were too big or too firm. What I like best about this one is that unlike many lumbar pillows, it is adjustable. It's not as convenient to adjust as an inflatable pillow as you add or remove real foam. So if you're in a restaurant or somewhere else you'll have to put that foam somewhere, but it will last longer than an inflatable pillow. In my experience, once you get used to your own taste, it works well with most chairs without further adjustments. There is a piece of foam inside that is not memory foam. I guess it doesn't matter anyway, but I like it when a piece of styrofoam is removed, so I just took that piece out to remove it. I leave the strap tucked in and then fasten it when needed. I like that you have a choice of just velcro or a strap. I suspect this may lead people to worry that the velcro might damage the fragile chair. Haven't come across this yet, but an easy fix is to add the front of the fabric-backed Velcro to the strips sewn into the pillow, so the back is just fabric. This pillow is more expensive than other types but seems to work pretty well for me. My biggest issue with this is that my back pain is completely reduced when I use it - so much so that I even forget I'm using a pillow and leave it. I probably bought about 4-5 of these things because I always leave them in place. I started putting business cards in there so people could call me but it didn't work. Maybe I need to put my phone number on the outside with a colored marker? But it is clear that my forgetfulness has nothing to do with the quality of the product.
