This is great for COVID runs. I want to protect my neighbors when I'm running around the neighborhood, and I can usually just jump off the sidewalk and run down the street to keep my distance, but in cases where I can't get more than 10 feet away (I try with an extra buffer as I usually breathe pretty heavily haha!) Pulling up this gaiter was great. I don't get too hot when running and it fits well. However, I do not recommend it for regular mask changes as the material is quite thin. If you're looking for a little extra reassurance, this thin material won't choke you as you walk past people (I keep it around my neck until I need it, then pull it up to control my breathing). lol and then lower it once I'm within a good distance). The best part is that it doesn't overheat me during my runs! Other spats fall off my nose (maybe?) and don't fit very well, but this one is small enough to fit me very well. I love it. :)
