Disgusting, dissatisfied with the purchase.

I ordered through , I had to spend time and money to return the goods through the 2022 Post office. An SMS came that the money would be returned within 3 days - for a week, neither a rumor nor a spirit. I wrote in the feedback form, it was written that they would answer in a few hours - it was also deaf for the third day.
Disgusting service, how to contact them other than this form is also unclear
