Lightens blemishes but be patient

Purchased to lighten sunspots on back of hands. I've been using it for almost four months and have only bought more. It works, but slowly. i can see the difference I intend to continue using it and will update if it doesn't continue to brighten them up. There was no irritation at all. I used it once a day before bed so it wouldn't wash off for hours. I tried another brand a few months ago that didn't help at all.
