I have used this tape several times to treat thumb injuries. Any tape on hands/fingers is difficult to hold. My experience with CT tapes was frustrating as I had to keep stopping to retake. Although this tape is thinner than KT, it is very flexible and STAYS on the skin or wrapped around itself. The adhesive will hold the tape in place until you want to remove it. If you wear it for a long time, you will need to clean the area to remove residue.
