I wrote a bad review. They then offered me a full refund and I had to keep it if I removed the review, which I did. Now I had no choice but to reset it because the situation is getting worse and worse. Noise is the only good thing about it. It's practically non-existent. The lights went out on the right side. Only blue and red remained. 3 fans out of 6 are working The design is not the same as shown in the pictures. The cooling of my laptop is also missing. Even with all fans running, the temperature did not change. Honestly I could see this product in Big Lots or Dollar General or Family Dollar for $10-20. It's definitely not worth the asking price. AVOID THIS WASTE!
