I visited my boyfriend in VA for the holidays and this thing was so warm. I wore it several times during my stay. Its very soft and had plenty of room and length to be comfortable. For refrence, I am 5'7" tall, 215 lbs, 38" bust, 44" hip. I got a Large. I might have been able to size down for a tight fit, but sweaters aren't always very comfortable when they are super tight. I was also able to layer a long sleeve stretch dress under this to stay warmer in the 40-50 degree temps. I got many compliments on it.
