I bought this product with two cartridges, but the printer only recognized one of the cartridges. The other printer kept saying it was misplaced. I tried many times to see if it was something I did, no. I tried a second cartridge and it worked and the printer accepted it. However, it always showed that the ink level was low. In addition, it also couldn't print thin lines that were too detailed for an ink cartridge. In general I'm not happy. I expected both cartridges to work, but only one worked. The one that worked didn't print with acceptable quality. The printer has also recognized that a used cartridge has been inserted. I do not recommend buying this product.
