Came frozen and unusable…cannot squeeze out the tube.

I just opened my package after it arrived. I picked it up off my porch about 5 minutes after it was dropped off. I was very excited to use this balm tonight but unfortunately the product itself is hard and feels almost like it’s frozen and no product can be squeezed out. I’m very disappointed and if I could be compensated for this with a new one that would be great.
