Review on Hosa GPR-104 1/4-Inch Female TS to RCA Male Adapter by Marcus Morgan

How can a recognizable brand like HOSA not be able to judge the quality of such a simple product? I bought 5 of these and 3 of them broke down with minimal use at home. The first to fail began to short out with a simple press. I contacted Revain and had it replaced. The replacement didn't work; There was a separate issue where the guitar plug just didn't fit all the way in, so I contacted HOSA and asked for a replacement because I didn't want Revane to think I was trying to violate their return policy. HOSA made me pay for shipping and it took them almost 4 weeks to send me a replacement. Meanwhile, 2 more such units began to fail for no apparent reason; They connected to my pedal with little to no friction or movement. These devices look solid and durable, but they lack quality control and have a high failure rate. Unfortunately, my story is not uncommon among other reviews.
