The mouse pad that I received had a couple of 'dents/dips' in it and I had assumed that they will smoothen out in a couple of days. Unfortunately the 'dents/dips' did not go away and the mouse pointer sometimes hung up when it passed over one of those dents/dips. As I got this for office work, this issue was not major but the customer service was simply awesome!I got an email from the seller for feedback and when I told them about the issue, they sent me a free replacement and did not even ask me to put in a good review! The replacement was delivered quickly and did not have any issue with dents/dips.The mouse pad is amongst the most comfortable that I have used and the base 'sticks' well to the table such that the mouse pad does not move around. The wrist support seems to be helping me with pain in my wrist and hoping the mouse pad will last long.
