Not good for commuting

Risked it and bought it for my commute. The backpack itself felt solid, but unfortunately the shoulder straps rubbed my collarbone a lot and left a few scratches. The chest strap doesn't stay in place either and keeps slipping backwards. Came back and decided to try the Osprey Daylite backpack.
