After researching about organic blankets I decided on this one. They had checkboxes for information they claimed was on cool labels and letters of authenticity, but when I scanned the barcode nothing showed up. So I waited and tried another day, again nothing. I contacted the company to find out what might have happened - they were unhappy with the questions, which gives me reason to believe their claims are untrue. Cotton material is soft. Not a bleached cotton variety, but a vanilla color. The loops are very easy to pull out and hook into, even with a simple gentle wash. If you drag where the driftwood is, you can return it to its original position. Who has that much time to do it every time you wash it? So if this is what you are looking for after a lot of research then this is a good product. Wasting time looking for something useful for yourself or as a gift and for the planet is not a good buy.
