This is a very flattering top. It is sheer and no stretch. I 5"9", 150 lbs, 38C and the large fit was fine. I believe I could have worn the X Lg also but probably not the medium. The length was medium. I have these shirts in the short sleeve and they were longer. I used 2 safety pins on the inside of the sides to adjust the length. I started at the bottom of the side and kind of weaved the pin in and out to create a gathering. I wear them to work and always get compliments.
