PROS: - solid construction - good freedom of movement - looks nice - easy to install / mount - not too big - good price CONS: - ** (By far worst con) ** Very difficult to move the position of the TV / articulated TV - difficult to adjust the tilt adjustment (still couldn't get it right) - the wall mount isn't as flexible as some others (requires bolts no more than 16" apart) - not all nut/bolt sizes are listed, and those listed don't seem to match the wrench size very closely. The assembly and installation is quite easy for anyone who is decently handy. If I don't need to move the TV or adjust it at all then this mount is great. But when I try to move the TV from one position to another (mostly by pulling or pushing it away from the wall) I feel like I'm more likely to break the TV in half before the bracket moves, no matter what position it's in. Attachment is VERY tight. It doesn't want to move. I have to awkwardly reach for it and move it by pressing down on the actual mount, not the TV. I don't know if there is an adjustment I can make to make it easier to adjust the TV's position, but. As it is, it is a mount. At the same time he is able to articulate himself. Not a good mount for someone (except maybe bodybuilders) who just wants to reposition the TV. If I can find a setting that makes it easier to move around without compromising the security of the TV. I will update this review. **Update** Called support and was told the connections are being tightened during storage and shipping. Suggested solutions are to apply a penetrating lubricant to the moving joints and also loosen the arm bolts slightly to allow smoother movement (of course don't loosen them too much as this will cause the bracket to fail). I'll try these suggestions and come back here later. 😁
