This was our first attempt at a diaper bag, my son is 3 months old, we swaddle him in muslin from birth but we thought this might be a quicker and safer option. Unfortunately, the wrap wings were not long enough to slot in as shown in the instruction video, although my son's weight is under the specified range, this made it quite difficult to achieve a reasonably tight wrap. However, the velcro straps were a real problem. When it became necessary to change his position, he was awakened by the unfastening of the straps, then he noticed the swaddling and, of course, was very excited. In the meantime we have switched to Zen Sack. Overall the swaddle product appears to be well designed and will likely work well for younger children who may be used to it from birth.
