Not as warm as advertised

I was excited to see that these gloves made my morning commute less chilly. In my old gloves my fingers turned into icicles at the end of my 5 mile ride. The result with these gloves is the same. They're advertised as warming down to -20, but in my experience, any temperature below freezing will result in very cold fingers. The gloves are comfortable, true to size and a good price. Unfortunately they don't meet my expectations.
